THE OPTIMAL PURPOSE-BUILT MILL PERFORMANCE Generalised solutions can be appealing in the short-term. In the case of dental grade air delivery, it is best to leave nothing to chance and have the right equipment fit for purpose. Cattani CAD/CAM compressors are built to maintain a constant and sustainable operating pressure of between 8 and 10 Bar, which is 2 Bar higher in pressure than the standard compressors.

DENTAL GRADE HYGIENE Cattani compressors produce quality dental grade air by removing 99.975% of particles down to 0.3 micron. Air is then preserved in a dual coated compressor tank lined with a food grade resin and Biocote® silver ion for antimicrobial protection. Cattani compressed air quality is supported by an ISO 8573-1 standard compliance with Class 1:4:2.

GUARANTEED CONTINUOUS AIRFLOW Cattani compressors guarantee a constant supply of air from the dual coated tank, even during system regeneration and cooling times. The intelligent technology is designed this way to ensure maximum performance while preserving the life of the unit.

NOISE REDUCTION OPTIONS AVAILABLE Where space is valuable and limited, noise can be an issue. For that, we offer noise reduction options for the (Q Series) CAD/CAM compressors.

COMPLIMENTARY AIRLINE INSTALLATION KIT All compressors come with an airline installation kit – a “cost saving” package to minimise installer onsite costs, and offsite tool purchasing time.

One of the most popular model in our CAD/CAM compressor range, the AC310 comes with a 45-litre tank capacity. Cattani compressors are completely oil-free, offered specifically to meet the demands set by CAD/CAM manufacturers.
