Omnipure Reverse Osmosis System (Dental)

Built in the USA from high-end materials (Omnipure quick connect filter cartridges and John Guest fittings)
The system has sediment and activated carbon prefilters to reduce sediment and dirt particle, as well as
chemicals, such as chlorine and chloramine, that are in your water supply. The Omnipure 50gpd Reverse Osmosis
Membrane reduces 93%-98% of dissolved minerals, salts and other contaminants such as fluoride. 
 - Includes an 18 litre storage tank.

Dental application
For feed water to autoclave machines we supply a mixed bed resin post filter to give 0 tds output.
The supplied carbon post filter would be used as a second pre-filter (2x carbon pre-filters). This gives the best
protection to the membrane and will typically last 5+ years before replacement.
 - Recommended 6 monthly resin change (or when tds creeps up)
 - Recommended annual replacement of the 2x carbon prefilters.

Maintenance:
Annual replacement of 2x pre-filters and 6 monthly 1x resin post filter
 - Mixed bed resin filter cartridge
 - 5micron GAC combination cartridge
Membrane replacement as required when performance drops - usually 5+ years

Note:

 - The reverse osmosis process produces waste water at a rate of approx. 1ltr pure water to 3lt waste water.
